Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 30 days of it being received by you. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, need to change your size, or just don’t love it — we’ve got you!

Once your return reaches us, we will assess your product and once we’ve verified that it is unused and undamaged we will be in touch with your Store Credit or exchange!

How to change your Strap

Step 1:

Flip your watch to be face down. If on a surface, use a soft, flat area to prevent scratches.

Step 2:

On the back of your Apple Watch, press the buttons to release each end of the band.

Step 3:

Slide your band out of your Apple Watch.

Step 4:

Slide your new band in until you hear a "click". And there you have it!

    Best Band Ever

    I work in a warehouse that is dusty and hot (no air con at all) and the sports band is so cool on my wrist. I have worn the solid band but my arm would get so sweaty underneath but with the sports band I don't.

    And the colour adds just a little bit of pizzaz to my uniform of Hi-vis orange :)
