Our returns period is valid for 30 days (60 days for manufacturing faults), if the relevant amount of days have lapsed since the date of purchase your order is unfortunately out of our cover period.
If you have ordered the wrong item, we can offer you a replacement or store credit once the item has been returned to us. The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
If you have changed your mind, we can offer you a replacement or store credit once the item has been returned to us. The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
If your product has incurred a manufacturing fault, we can offer you a replacement, refund or store credit once the item has been returned to us.
There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are provided (refer to 'Refunds' section below).
If your purchase is eligible for a store credit, a code will be provided to you upon your order being returned and received by iStrap. The store credit is as good as cash so it is important that this is kept safe and secure.
If you are after an exchange on your order which was the incorrect size or a change of mind, the return to us will need to accompany a return shipping package for us to ship your exchanged order to you.
If your product has incurred a manufacturing fault, we will of course over the return shipping back to you.
Once your returned purchase is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, we will notify you of our decision to process a refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you have ordered the wrong item or you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item and getting the replacement back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your product has incurred a manufacturing fault we will cover the shipping of the replacement product back to you.
If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use shipping that is accompanied by a tracking number. Any lost returns are covered by the shipping carrier and not iStrap.
Late or missing refunds
If your order has been refunded and the funds have not been received by you, it is best to contact your financial institution (e.g. PayPal, AfterPay, Bank).
