We’re committed to fashion and satisfaction, and we back that up with our 12-month warranty. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during normal use, so you can wear your wrist candy with confidence.

 

What’s covered?

Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects such as:

  • Defective materials (e.g., cracks, peeling, or splitting).
  • Faulty stitching or bonding.
  • Malfunctioning connectors, clasps, buckles, or adjustment mechanisms.

If your product shows any of these issues, you can submit a claim through our Returns Portal, and we’ll inspect it. Based on the outcome, we’ll offer a store credit for the original purchase price.

 

 

What’s not covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., colour fading, scratches from everyday use).
  • Accidental damage (e.g., exposure to extreme heat, water damage on non-waterproof products).
  • Misuse or improper care (e.g., rough handling, incorrect installation, exposure to harsh chemicals).

Our Tempered Glass Screen Protector is designed to break under impact to protect the screen of your Apple Watch. If your Tempered Glass Screen Protector cracks, it’s done its job and isn’t considered a manufacturing fault.

 

 

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a claim via our Returns Portal, including details and photos of the issue.
  2. We’ll inspect your submission, may request more information, and confirm if the issue is covered under the warranty.
  3. Based on our inspection, we’ll provide a store credit.
