Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 30 days of it being received by you. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, need to change your size, or just don’t love it — we’ve got you!

Once your return reaches us, we will assess your product and once we’ve verified that it is unused and undamaged we will be in touch with your Store Credit or exchange!

FYI: Any shipping fees incurred across the returns process are yours to pay.

How to change your Strap

Step 1:

Flip your watch to be face down. If on a surface, use a soft, flat area to prevent scratches.

Step 2:

On the back of your Apple Watch, press the buttons to release each end of the band.

Step 3:

Slide your band out of your Apple Watch.

Step 4:

Slide your new band in until you hear a "click". And there you have it!

    Pink Hero Sport Band - looks good - super comfy

    I thought I’d try the sport band - was concerned as I usually have an allergic reaction to the silicone bands - but it was so pretty I thought I’d give it a go. I have not had any reaction and it is super comfy to wear - forget I’ve got it on. 5 stars from me! Paul’s wife 😂
